Content must be localized for your target audience, any spoken parts must be recorded in the foreign languages you are translating into and new graphics and images must be considered if the existing ones will not make sense to your readers. Even the software may need localization to accommodate right-to-left languages or different conventions for personal names, currencies and date formats.
