OUR PROCESS
A client’s time is precious, that is why we keep things simple and to the point. When you choose Translators, Inc., the process is very detailed on our end, but made simple on yours. Here’s how:
• You are appointed a dedicated account manager who understands your business and translation needs, and is available at anytime.
• You can submit projects in any file format.
• A short “Scope of work” form will be sent to facilitate and clarify project needs.
• Your project undergoes analysis, generating a translation memory and glossary. This substantially lowers costs, speeds up delivery, and ensures the consistency of translation services.
• A quote is produced based on the analysis’ projected savings.
• Upon your approval, a project manager appoints a project team of industry- and product-specific translators, proofreaders, and desktop publishers.
• Your project is translated into the target language. The proofreader reviews the project for grammar, accuracy, consistency and several other quality control checks. Your translation is incorporated into the original format.
