Translators, Inc. pledges to deliver precise and accurate translations each and every time. We follow all applicable International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, practices and guidelines.
We apply our 10-point quality assurance process to each translation:
• Is the translator knowledgeable in this specialty or industry?
• Is the translation accurate with respect to the original?
• Has a second person proofread this translation?
• Is the document written with the correct grammar, spelling and terminology?
• Is it written properly for the end user?
• Is it written at the proper education level for the intended readership?
• Is the translation localized for the culture in which it will be used?
• Does the translation read as though it was originally written in the new language?
• Does the translation meet all special requirements of our client?
• Is the document correctly typeset and formatted?
