The art and business of translation is a time consuming endeavor. As such, steps have been taken to speed up the process of translating so as to provide less expensive services to customers. At Translators, Inc., our certified linguistic specialists utilize cutting edge technology to speed up the translation process, but do not rely on a machine to present the ideas and intentions behind the source language. We understand that human reasoning, analysis, and cognitive understanding are still the backbone of good translation. Our advanced technology and tools help to increase our accuracy, ensure consistency, speed up delivery times and lower your costs. In today's tough business climate, anything a service provider can do to automate mundane tasks and promote ease of project management goes a long way towards making their client happy.
Our language services include:
• InSite™, a proprietary website scanning system, reaches out to client websites and proactively scans for fresh content, which is then extracted, translated by a live translator, and uploaded back to the client’s site in real time. This technology ensures that any client of Translators, Inc. will always have the most current and updated website, even when foreign languages are involved.
• Customer Account Tracking System (CATS) incorporates a host of features aimed at streamlining the client’s overall project experience. These features include the ability to upload, access, and manage projects and glossaries; a forum to post questions, comments, or concerns directly to an assigned team; encrypted security protection; an advanced search feature; message and status boards; email updates; and simple budget forecasting reports. Since CATS is accessible through a web-based browser, clients can login from anywhere, at anytime, to maintain control over their foreign language project.
• To maintain a database of the terminology that is repeated within your documents, we use a range of proven, commercially available software, such as TRADOS. |
