Our Up-front Pricing policy means that once we send you a quote; that is the price you will pay. There are never any hidden fees, extra charges or add-on costs.

That does not mean we use machine translation; we do not. What it means is we use translation memory tools to analyze and keep track of your content, and when these tools see the same sentences or paragraphs, they use the translation that the translator has already provided.
